Adeyemi College Muslim community elects new executive officers

The Muslim community in Adeyemi College of Education (ACE) Ondo has elected new officers to run its affairs.

The body disclosed this in a letter dated 18th February, 2016, which was signed by itsChairman, Dr. S.M Raji and Secretary, Sanni Rafiu respectively and addressed to the Provost of the College, Prof. Olukoya Joseph Ogen. The letter reads: “This is to formally introduce the Executive Officers of the Muslim Community to the College Management. “Kindly note that the ACE Muslim community recently filled the vacuum created as a result of the vacant positions existing in its Executive position to enable the body coordinate the affairs of members of the
community effectively.

Below is the list of the new Executive members:

(v)    Financial Secretary / Treasurer            -  Mr. I. Olayimika (Bursary)
(vi)    Public Relations Officer                       -  Mr. A. Alimi      (Registry)
(vii)  Women Coordinator                             -  Mrs. I.O Saka  (Dept. of Yoruba Studies)
(viii) Welfare Officer                                      -  Mr. I.Gbadamosi (Department of Chemistry)
(ix) Asset Maintenance Officer                      - Mr. S.A Ojesina (Registry)

“The Community wishes to solicit your assistance and cooperation in maintaining the cordial relationship we have built with successive College Management over time. We also wish that the College Management shows magnanimous understanding whenever any of these members need to carry out assignments for the Muslim Community” .
