The Registry is the place where the records of the College are kept. The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the College and he/she is responsible to the Provost who is the Chief Executive Officer of the College. The Registrar is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the College 

The office of the registrar is responsible for the keeping of official records for the College.The office also serves as the secretariat for Council and the Academic Board and can be divided into seven (7) divisions/units namely
